A. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee with any camera purchased. Please test the camera with a roll of film within this period. If any issues arise, contact us immediately at enquiry.filmcamerasg@gmail.com or via Instagram message. Note: Returns are not accepted after the warranty period expires.

Q. Can I use an Overseas Shipping Agency Service?

A. The camera will not be covered by the warranty if you use an Overseas Shipping Agency Service.

Q. What about Returns & Exchanges?

A. We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee if the camera received is faulty. Returns are accepted if proven to be at fault. Exchanges are considered if another item of the same price is in stock. Please note, refunds exclude custom duty fees.

Q. Do you sell new film cameras?

A. All our cameras are used. Please view our camera descriptions for various conditions.

A. Yes we accept trade-ins. Subjected to cameras & conditions.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept credit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Q. Can I pick up the camera I ordered online at the Filmcamerasg store when I travel to Singapore?

A. Shipping costs depend on the area and weight. Orders over $800 SGD receive free shipping.

A. We primarily use DHL & EMS. We'll contact you if delivery is unavailable.

Q. How long is the handling time?

A. Items are shipped within 7 days, and we'll provide you with a tracking number afterward.
